The MitoSil program includes a family of smooth-bore, platinum-cured silicone tubing and hoses that were born into the industry to satisfy the unique needs of biotech companies. Each platinum-cured silicone formulation (MS 50, MS 60, and MS 70) is fully validated to meet or exceed USP 23, Class VI biological reactivity test requirements (including cytotoxicity and physicochemical testing), FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993 and 3A requirements.

There are two styles of fittings for MitoSil hoses: radially-crimped stainless steel and molded platinum-cured silicone. Our molded fittings are specially designed to be seamless and crevice free, making them easily cleanable and resistant to cross-contamination.

The PERFECTFITSM service focuses on meeting the exact specifications of each customer's site. With every new order of MitoSil, a Certified Sales Engineer will travel to your site to measure your hose length requirements, ensuring a perfect fit every time.
CLEAR-mark hose labels are made of platinum-cured silicone and bonded directly to the hose surface to create a permanent, seamless and crevice-free label. Individual customer information, manufacture date and hose part and lot number make MitoSil hoses easy to identify, trace and reorder.
